台灣周遭海域底下應該有各國潛艦四處巡航，只有我們的是合法守衛，美國有需要會要我們自己示警，自有潛艦除了+1，還是有一定的實質的功能。尤其是守護東海岸沿岸。

無人機也有海底無人機，從潛艦釋放可以有效示警敵艦、或有效干擾、癱瘓敵艦。很多事，我想得到，軍方也想得到，有些事只能做、不能說，尤其是美國睜一隻眼閉一隻眼的時候。

有沒有差很大。如果我們有技術，以後也可以輸出技術，像韓國一樣，德國不方便出面就讓韓國技術協助，相關技術在其他方面也有應用。

美國物理系研究生，幾乎都拿DOE研究獎學金當RA，DOE 剛開始還想命名DOEW，W是weapon，被轟白目後拿掉W，網頁還說任務是研發能源武器，他們補助各大學研究，名目是學術研究，其實是把需要的零件藏在你的計畫裡，引導你開發可用的零件，你做的其實都在幫國防部開發新武器，或者都可以用在武器上。

我們「代工」的目的也是趁機偷學技術，美國要我們做什麼，其實沒什麼道理拒絕。

我有個高中同學，應該很藍，幾年前從美國退休回來，我們只知道他跑到中科院不知道做什麼，沒事說他到處釣魚，絕口不提工作的事，大家大概也有默契他的工作內容不能說，也沒有人在群組問他在做什麼。

國防水很深，烏賊自然很多，我們不明究理，討論什麼多半抓不到重點。

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is one of the most interesting and diverse agencies in the federal government. Activated on October 1, 1977, the twelfth cabinet-level department brought together for the first time within one agency two programmatic traditions that had long coexisted within the federal establishment: 1) defense responsibilities that included the design, construction, and testing of nuclear weapons dating from the Manhattan Project effort to build the atomic bomb during World War II and 2) a loosely knit amalgamation of energy-related programs scattered throughout the federal government.
